Royal Onyx LLC is the proposed warrantor. The proposed limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery for products sold by Royal Onyx LLC in the United States. This remains a pre-launch draft, not an active warranty offer. Business mailing and support details must be finalized before this warranty is adopted for sales.
The following proposed framework must be finalized and available before a product carrying a written warranty is sold. Online purchasing is currently unavailable. Existing rights under applicable law are not removed by this draft.
Proposed coverage
The proposed limited warranty would cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship in a product purchased from Royal Onyx LLC for 12 months from delivery. Coverage is intended for products sold in the United States. The final product listing and warranty would identify the covered product and whether any manufacturer warranty is separate. No warranty from a third-party manufacturer is promised unless actually supplied.
Assessment and remedy
Contact us through the Contact page with proof of purchase, a description and any useful photographs. Obtain shipping instructions before sending the item. For a covered claim, the proposed remedy is repair without charge or replacement with an equivalent item; if neither can be supplied within a reasonable time, a refund of the covered purchase price. No substitute of lower value will be imposed without agreement. Covered return and redelivery costs would be paid by Royal Onyx. Any non-covered assessment or repair charge must be disclosed and accepted before work is done.
Exclusions based on cause
Ordinary wear, superficial scratches, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, inappropriate cleaning, and water exposure beyond a verified stated rating are not manufacturing defects. Plating wear through normal use, ordinary battery depletion, and normal strap or other consumable wear would not be covered as defects. A faulty battery or strap when supplied may still be a defect. Stone loss caused by impact or customer damage differs from a defective setting. Incorrect customer-selected size is not a defect if the supplied size matches the order; an incorrectly supplied size remains our responsibility.
Repair, resizing or modification by another party does not automatically void every right. A claim may be excluded to the extent the alteration caused the claimed damage. We will not require a named repair provider merely to preserve unrelated coverage where prohibited by law. Wear exclusions do not excuse a proven manufacturing defect.
Your rights
The final warranty must explain the process and any limitations clearly. No disclaimer of implied warranties, blanket consequential-damage exclusion or limit on rights that cannot lawfully be excluded is adopted in this draft. A written warranty may trigger federal restrictions on implied-warranty disclaimers. The final terms require owner approval and legal review.
