Can I buy online now?
No. Online purchasing is disabled while the catalog, policies and fulfillment arrangements are reviewed. A saved bag is not an accepted order. Use the Contact page for a question; do not send payment-card information.
Are moissanite and lab-grown diamonds the same?
No. Moissanite is a different material from diamond. A laboratory-grown diamond is a diamond created in a laboratory rather than mined; it must be identified clearly. A simulated stone imitates another gem's appearance without being that gem. Check the specific item description rather than assuming a stone type from its appearance.
What should I check about metal and size?
Check the item's verified metal fineness, whether it is plated or solid, dimensions and care instructions before ordering. A gold color does not establish gold content. For a ring, professional sizing can help, especially for a wide band. No universal fit or hypoallergenic claim is made.
How should I care for a piece?
Follow the verified care instructions for that particular metal, finish, stone and watch rating. Avoid experimenting with abrasives or chemicals. Do not assume a piece is suitable for swimming or that an ultrasonic cleaner is safe for its stones or settings. Ask before arranging resizing or repairs.
Do you offer engraving, custom work or international shipping?
The planned launch shipping area is the United States only. Engraving and custom-work availability must be confirmed for the particular item; no availability or standard completion time is promised here. The proposed in-stock processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding carrier transit. Custom, resized and made-to-order timing must be confirmed separately before payment.
