Royal Onyx is working to make its storefront usable with keyboards, assistive technology and different screen sizes. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our technical review benchmark, not a certification or a claim that every requirement has been met.
This review includes labels, keyboard focus, navigation, meaningful image descriptions and control of moving media. We do not rely on an accessibility overlay. Ongoing testing, including assistive-technology and user testing, is still needed before launch.
If something prevents you from using the site, use the Contact page, choose a subject such as Accessibility assistance, and describe the page and problem. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. We will use the message to assess the barrier. An alternative monitored support channel must be established before launch so the contact form is not the only way to request help.
