Royal Onyx LLC is preparing a Florida-based online jewelry and watch store. This page describes current site use and proposed sale terms for owner review. It is not an attorney-reviewed agreement. No online payment or order acceptance is available in this version. Adding a piece to a bag, submitting a question or viewing a price does not create an accepted order.

Site use

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit malicious content or impersonate another person. Anyone entering a binding purchase agreement must have legal capacity to do so. Do not use the contact form to send card details or identity documents. A support inquiry is not consent to receive marketing emails.

Product information

The current catalog includes concept imagery and specifications awaiting verification. It is not a guarantee that those pieces are available for sale. Before sales open, each offered product must identify its actual materials, stone type, any plating, relevant treatment, dimensions and supported performance claims. Laboratory-grown diamonds must be described as such; moissanite and other simulants must not be presented as diamonds. Screen settings can affect color, but that does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or image.

Prices, stock and acceptance

For future sales, the full price, shipping, taxes, available fulfillment terms and any item-specific restrictions must be shown before payment. We may correct an error before accepting an order and ask you to approve the corrected terms. If an order cannot be fulfilled at agreed terms, we will explain and obtain agreement or cancel and refund as required; we will not impose a higher charge without authorization. An inventory display or automatic acknowledgment alone does not guarantee acceptance. Order-acceptance and payment-capture procedures must be approved before checkout opens, and cannot be used to postpone legal shipping/refund duties after a properly completed order.

Payment and delivery

No card payment processor is currently integrated. A future processor and its role will be disclosed when enabled; payment information must be entered only through the designated secure payment flow. No in-house credit is offered. Shipping and return terms must be available before payment and incorporated into the transaction, not introduced afterward. No blanket transfer of all delivery risk at dispatch is imposed. Mandatory cancellation, refund and dispute rights remain intact.

Returns and warranty

The Returns & Refunds and Shipping & Delivery pages contain the proposed procedures. The Limited Warranty page describes a proposed 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty from Royal Onyx LLC, with business mailing and support details still to be finalized before sales. No lifetime warranty or unconditional durability guarantee is offered here. Final item-specific exceptions must be clear before purchase. Required remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed goods are not waived by a change-of-mind exclusion.

Content and submissions

Site content and branding may be protected by intellectual-property law; permission for ordinary personal browsing does not grant a right to reproduce protected content commercially. We do not claim ownership of material owned by another rights holder. You retain ownership of your messages and permit us to use them only as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service or address lawful disputes. No public review submission system is provided.

Disputes and reasonable limitations

Please contact us to try to resolve a concern. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful payment-provider or security investigations. Nothing prohibits a truthful review, a chargeback, a complaint to a regulator or a remedy provided by law. We do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a chargeback penalty or a blanket consumer indemnity. Site availability cannot be guaranteed, but this statement does not excuse fraud, deceptive conduct or obligations arising from an accepted purchase. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law; no specific damages cap or exclusion of non-waivable rights is adopted in this draft.

Governing law and updates

Florida law is the proposed governing law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rules that may apply elsewhere. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions operate only to the extent lawful. Changes apply prospectively and will not retrospectively reduce agreed purchase rights.
